Terms of Service

AlphaBridge is an expert network platform that connects institutional investors with vetted industry experts. We provide:

• A searchable library of expert transcripts and videos
• Private one-on-one video calls with experts
• Call recording, transcription, and compliance tooling

AlphaBridge does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or securities recommendations. Expert content represents individual opinions based on professional experience, not AlphaBridge's views.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization. The platform is intended for professional use by institutional investors, qualified experts, and corporate research teams.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.

Subscription plans and per-call fees are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in EUR. B2B EU customers may be subject to reverse-charge VAT. Payment terms will be specified at checkout when billing is enabled.

You agree not to:

• Solicit or share material non-public information (MNPI)
• Use the platform for insider trading or market manipulation
• Circumvent expert vetting or compliance controls
• Record, redistribute, or resell platform content without authorization
• Harass experts, investors, or AlphaBridge staff
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

All expert calls are recorded and transcribed for compliance purposes. By joining a call, you consent to recording. You must not discuss MNPI, restricted companies, or topics you are prohibited from addressing under employment agreements or NDAs.

AlphaBridge owns the platform, its design, and aggregated content workflows. Expert call transcripts and videos may be licensed to AlphaBridge for compliance review and, with consent, publication to subscribers. See the Expert Agreement for expert-specific terms.

Experts participating on the platform must comply with the Expert Agreement, including obligations regarding MNPI, recording consent, IP assignment for published content, and indemnification. Summary:

• Experts warrant they will not share MNPI or breach employment/NDA obligations
• Experts consent to call recording and transcription
• Experts grant AlphaBridge a license to review, redact, and (with opt-in) publish transcripts
• Experts are responsible for their own tax obligations on earnings

The platform and expert content are provided "as is". We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of expert information. You use expert insights at your own risk and must conduct your own due diligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or expert content. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose compliance risk. You may delete your account by contacting support@alpha-bridge.co.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in Munich, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
